AMAZE HOLDINGS GROUP is an investment holding company focused in the property sector, initially as an investor, graduated to undertaking construction and eventually into property development. Currently, the Group is committed to developing innovating and quality residential and non-residential properties which includes retail, leisure, commercial and industrious assets. AMAZE HOLDINGS GROUP has extended and diversified with five subsidiaries specialized in different industries as below.

Principle BusinessAMAZE HOLDINGS is an investment holding company and its subsidiaries are focused in property related businesses such as investment in strategic properties, hospitality, construction and property development.
AMAZE PROPERTIES SDN BHD
Principle BusinessAMAZE PROPERTIES undertakes property development on joint venture (JV) basis with the third party land owners.

Principle BusinessAMAZE DEVELOPMENT undertakes property development on the group’s land bank.

Principle BusinessAMAZE CAPITAL invests in land bank for future development or future property appreciation. Currently, its land in Seri Iskandar is being developed into a cosmopolitan educational township. This project involves 110 acres of mixed development. Proposed to be developed in three phases, the project completion timeline is about ten years.
